Day 01 - Arrive Delhi
Traditional welcome on arrival at Delhi international airport and transfer to hotel.
Day 02 - Delhi
After breakfast, tour the historic city of Old Delhi covering Red Fort, Jama Masjid (largest mosque in Asia) - both built by Mughal Emperor Shahjahan, Rajghat - memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. Afternoon, tour of New Delhi covering Humanyun's Tomb, Qutab Minar, India Gate, Birla Mandir and Bahai Temple. Evening visit Son-et-Lumiere at Red Fort. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03 - Delhi - Jaipur (260kms/5 hrs)
After breakfast, drive in air-conditioned tourist car of your choice to Jaipur - the Pink City of Rajasthan. Upon arrival in Jaipur, transfer to the hotel for wash 'n' change. Later, guided half-day city tour of Jaipur covering Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), City Palace, Jantar Mantar (Royal Observatory). Evening at leisure for enjoying the real charm of this royal city to stroll in the local bazaars to see some handicrafts and artisans.
Day 04 - Jaipur - Jaisalmer (Overnight train)
Enjoy a royal breakfast at hotel. Then guided excursion to the majestic Amer Fort - the erstwhile capital of the Kachwahas Rajputs before they moved to their newly built capital in Jaipur. This is the only fort where still one can still go by the elephant back even today like a Maharaja. Rest of the day at leisure to visit the handicrafts showroom and artisans' at work. Late evening transfer to the railway station to board overnight train to Jaisalmer.
Day 05 - Jaisalmer
On arrival at Jaisalmer by noon, met and assisted at railway station by our executive and transferred to a heritage hotel. Later, guided sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer visiting the Jaisalmer Fort, Havelis and Garhi Sar, cenotaph at sunset point. Afternoon camel safari to sunset point and the sand dunes Overnight in a heritage hotel.
Day 06 - Jaisalmer - Jodhpur (285 kms/5.5 hrs)
After breakfast drive to Jodhpur. On arrival at Jodhpur, transfer to hotel. Afternoon visit the imposing Mehrangarh Fort (with a professional guide) - one of the best-preserved forts in Rajasthan spread over 5 kms on a perpendicular hill and looking down from a height of about 100 metres. It houses some of the most intricately adorned palaces with exquisitely carved panels and latticed windows and then enjoy yourselves in Girdikot and Sardar market - these colourful markets throb with activities. Tiny shops dot the narrow lanes and a wide range of handicrafts makes this a specially charming area. Overnight in a heritage hotel.
Day 07 - Jodhpur
After b/fast, Breakfast at hotel. Full day guided sightseeing tour of the city, which includes: Umaid Bhawan Palace - only palace of the mid 20th Century in India; Jaswant Thada - a cluster of royal cenotaphs, in white marble, it houses the rare 15 cms thick pure infinite marble slabs and then Mandore Garden. Overnight at a heritage hotel.
Day 08 - Jodhpur - Udaipur (260kms/5 hrs)
Breakfast at hotel. Then proceed for Udaipur - the city of lakes. Enjoy day on the banks of the Lake Pichola and spend your evening in perfect mood. Overnight in a heritage hotel.
Day 09 - Udaipur
After breakfast, full day sightseeing of the city including City Palace, Jagdish Temple, Saheliyon-ki-Bari. Evening sunset boat ride on Lake Pichola. Overnight in a heritage hotel.
Day 10 - Udaipur - Aurangabad
Morning, transfer to airport for flight to Aurangabad. On arrival transfer to hotel. Afternoon, excursion to Ellora Caves where Buddhist, Jain and Hindu shrines date back to 4th to 9th century A.D. Also visit Kailasha Temple, the largest monolithic temple. Overnight at hotel.
Day11 - Aurangabad
Breakfast at hotel, followed by a full day excursion to the ancient Ajanta Caves. The 30 odd Buddhist caves here are full of sculptures and frescoes of life of Lord Buddha. Overnight at hotel
Day12 - Aurangabad - Mumbai
Morning transfer to airport for flight to Mumbai. Upon arrival in Mumbai, check in at hotel and proceed for a visit to the Elephanta Caves - the 7th century cave temples situated on an island. Overnight at hotel.
Day13 - Mumbai
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at hotel. Later, guided city tour of Mumbai covering Hanging Garden, Marine Drive, Dhobi Ghat, Vidhan Sabha, Malabar Hill and Prince of Wales Musuem. Evening free. Overnight at hotel.
Day14 Mumbai- Goa
Breakfast at hotel. Then, transferred to the airport to board flight for Goa. On arrival transfer to a beach resort. Relax on beach. Overnight at hotel.
Day 15 - Goa
Enjoy the pristine beaches of Goa. Overnight at hotel
Day 16 Goa - Mumbai - Back home.
Breakfast at hotel. Day at leisure to stroll on the magnificent Goa beaches. Early evening transfer to the airport to Mumbai. On arrival in Mumbai, transfer to international airport for connecting onward flight.
